Lil' Kim had a fantasstic birthday party last night -- gettin' low in the parking lot outside Les Deux.

TMZ cameras spotted the b-day babe leaving her surprise party on Wednesday night, where she broke into a hilarious booty dance on the assphalt to celebrate her special day.

Gyrating and jiggling all over, the real surprise of the night was that the Queen Bee managed to keep her breastesses in her shirt, not doing a repeat of Tuesday's flashy night out.
